Flo-Pro, a new state-of-the-art injection system for turf products, from Underhill International

With a patented fluid-flow technology, Flo-Pro uses a park or sports field irrigation system to apply liquid or water soluble wetting agents, fertilizers and soil amendments. Flo-Pro can also apply acid to help lower pH levels.

Flo-Pro connects to the irrigation mainline and monitors precise delivery of turf care products. The unit has no moving parts and does not require electricity, which can mean less maintenance and down time. Feed rates are adjustable for various mixing ratios, and pre-mixing or pre-blending are not required.

The user sets the dial to the desired injection rate from 1 to 20 gallons per hour. He then pours the wetting agent or other soluble product into the tank. The irrigation system evenly applies the solution and completes the job.

Flo-Pro’s efficient design has made the unit more accessible for parks and sports fields of all sizes. For sites with multiple pump stations, a series of Flo-Pro units can speed up turf product application and maintenance.

The Flo-Pro tank is available in five sizes including: 10-, 17-, 25-, 45- and 86-gallon horizontal or vertical tanks. Metal vertical enclosures and saddle connection kits are also available.
