Byrne and Jones Construction adds project managers to Sports Division

Matt Hicks and David Baalman have joined Byrne & Jones Construction’s sports division as project managers and estimators.  Byrne & Jones has installed more than 2,000 athletic surfaces in the Midwest, including artificial and natural turf fields for all types of sports as well as track and fields, tennis courts and associated site improvements.

Hicks and Baalman will provide project cost estimates and manage projects for the sports division which serves elementary, secondary and higher education as well as professional sports teams and sports organizations.

Hicks has a degree in construction management from Missouri State University in Springfield, Mo.

Baalman has a degree in construction management from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
