Buffalo Grove, IL-Profile Products LLC announces the sale of DryJect Services LLC to former owners Peter Van Drumpt and Chris des Garennes. While Profile Products will no longer manage the DryJect® Services business, it will continue to provide operational support and maintain working relationships with the DryJect franchisees. Profile Products will retain ownership of the DryJect Florida franchise territory. The DryJect System will also play an important role in Profile’s sales and marketing plans for 2008, according to John Schoch, president of Profile Products. “We will continue to promote the many benefits of The DryJect System’s unique aeration and injection technology and remain very excited about the opportunities within the golf and sports field markets,” Schoch said. “The sale of the DryJect business back to the former owners is designed to help us all more efficiently focus on our respective areas of expertise. We remain united by the common goal of providing our shared customers with innovative soil solutions.” The sale includes ownership of all franchise agreements, the manufacturing operations in Hatboro, PA, and the New Jersey eastern Pennsylvania franchise territory. Profile Products purchased DryJect Services in June 2006, recognizing the opportunities between Profile’s soil amendment products and the DryJect System’s advanced aeration and injection technology via the franchise network. “Since the purchase, our soil amendment volume has grown and the DryJect franchise network has expanded,” Schoch noted. “Looking back, we made many strides to improve the DryJect business and equipment, and we are very proud of those results. We look forward to continued progress and success with the DryJect System.”
