Training in safety and security

The National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4) is currently scheduling courses for the 2019-2020 training cycle! If you or your organization is interested in hosting a free training course at your facilities or in your city, you can contact the NCS4 training team to discuss the details. 

NCS4 is offering four on site course that you can choose from:

•          AWR-167: Sport Event Risk Management*

•          MGT-412: Sport Venue Evacuation and Protective Actions*

•          MGT-466: Sport and Special Event Enhanced Risk Management and Assessment*

•          MGT-467: Sport and Special Event Public Information and Emergency Notification*

*These courses represent a cooperative effort between The University of Southern Mississippi’s National Center for Spectator Sports Security and Safety (USM/NCS4) and the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service’s National Emergency Response and Recovery Training Center (TEEX/NERRTC), a member of The Texas A&M University System.
